  • src is the advertiser ID that is the source of the Floodlight activity.
  • NOTE: For DBM clients, this is the src= parameter in the floodlight tag you export from the ‘Pixel’ setup screen, not the DBM advertiser ID Added clarification for DBM clients
  • cat is the activity tag string, used by Floodlight servers to identify the activity group to which the activity belongs
  • type is the group tag string, it identifies the activity group with which the Floodlight activity is associated

  • These links are not compulsory as it is a self-attributing network.
  • AppsFlyer does not use the click data when attributing installs to DoubleClick.
  • If you want to be able to track the number of clicks from DoubleClick on AppsFlyer you should add an AppsFlyer tracking url on your DoubleClick dashboard. When doing so make sure the campaign name in the tracking URL is identical with the campaign name on DoubleClick so that AppsFlyer will be able to retrieve and append the click data on the correct campaigns.

For every in-app event AppsFlyer sends the following floodlights:

Example: If you want to see the country code in DoubleClick, simply map it under u6 on the DoubleClick dashboard.

*In such cases AppsFlyer does not receive the name and therefore populates the field with the corresponding ID (i.e. Adset name becomes adset ID).

If you want to see any of the above parameters in your DoubleClick dashboard simply map them in the DoubleClick dashboard.

** AppsFlyer only sends the eventValue=amount, but for many events the client may have configured a complete JSON body with attributes.  DoubleClick does not support us sending the whole JSON body for the eventValue, only the defined event value amount.
