Advertisers who would like to integrate with this offering must sign Facebook’s Data Use Terms for Advanced Mobile App Measurement. These terms reinforce Facebook’s Ad Guidelines, prohibiting advertisers from using data derived from Facebook ad campaigns for any purpose (including targeting, profile building, etc.) except on an aggregate and anonymous basis to assess the performance and effectiveness of their advertising campaigns.

With this capability, we can provide you with a better understanding of key metrics such as lifetime value of a customer acquired from Facebook's campaign and it allows us to more easily compare your mobile app campaign performance across channels.
