Overview
The Partner Assistant Chatbot directs your issues to the appropriate team, covering app-related concerns, product guidance, and technical support. The steps in the chatbot prompt you to provide the necessary details for accurate assistance, reducing the need for extra information.
To reach the Partner Assistant Chatbot:
- From the top menu bar, select Help > Contact our team. The Assistant Chatbot opens.
2. Click OK and select the corresponding menu item number for the specific assistance you require, as shown in the screenshot. Refer below for explanations of each scenario.

1. I need help solving a technical issue
If you experience a technical issue with AppsFlyer products you can report it directly, opening a ticket for the technical partner team. This initiates the debugging and investigation process to address the issue efficiently. Technical problems may include postback issues, API malfunctions, and more.

- When submitting your support request, make sure to provide the required information detailed in the form, a brief description of the issue, and what you were attempting when it occurred.
- We recommend adding more information, such as screenshots or videos that clearly illustrate the issue.
2. I would like to understand or update my integration
This choice primarily involves requesting an update to an existing integration or obtaining information on the current status of the integration.
3. I would like to learn about AppsFlyer features & capabilities
For inquiries related to the use of AppsFlyer products and features. This includes onboarding and getting started, best practices, technical consultations, and implementing business use cases using AF products and tools.
4. I have a question about my account
For inquiries or requests related to your AppsFlyer account management. This includes general questions about your account.
5. Fraud
For inquiries concerning fraud issues and recommendations on resolving them.
6. Get started with your InCost API integration
For initiating the InCost API integration and start sending cost data to AppsFlyer.
