What's new

X Ads moving to advanced SRN, allowing:

  • Deterministic attribution for dual-consented users
  • Probabilistic attribution for non-dual-consented users.
Effective date  25/06/25 - Probabilistic attribution take affect.
25/07/14 - The New integration toggles are introduced in the UI.
What you need to know 
  • No action required: All active integrations will be upgraded automatically on the transition date.
  • New toggles within the integration (iOS only):
    • Advanced Privacy toggle: Default ON — X Ads recommends turning it OFF to allow more signals to be sent for non-consented users.
    • Re-install attribution: Default OFF — can be turned ON to measure re-installs.
  • Raw data restriction update: When X Ads events are restricted by user settings in the X platform, the media source (Twitter) will still be shown, but campaign details will be restricted in raw data reports.
