People move on in life.
And sometimes even the AppsFlyer account owner from your company may no longer act as one.
Every account needs an account owner to perform actions like adding new team members, changing app settings or entering the payments page.

Therefore, when the current account owner is going to leave you MUST assign a new account owner. Since the account owner has access to some delicate matters it takes AppsFlyer's approval to do this change.
So how do you do this?
- From the current account owner's email write to your AppsFlyer CSM.
If this person is not with your company anymore please ask your IT team to enable you access to send this email.
- If your account doesn't have an assigned customer success manager, write to firstname.lastname@example.org (NOT to email@example.com)
- State in the email subject "Request to change account owner" and add the name of your company
- Clearly state in the email:
a) The user email to change the account owner into (should be CCed to the email)
b) The company role of the new account owner
After the change, if the original account owner should still have access to the account, the new account owner needs to re-add the original account owner as a team member.
After the change, the API token, used for Pull API and Master API also changes, for security reasons. The new token can be found in the API Access page in the account's dashboard.
