Get started
To get started using Creative Management, follow the steps below:
Prerequisites:
An AppsFlyer account with a Creative Optimization subscription. To sign up for Creative Management, contact your CSM or write to hello@appsflyer.com. A free trial is also available.
Sync your creatives
Syncing your creatives is quick and easy. Creative Management connects directly to storage sources, such as Google Drive, and automatically imports your assets. Once connected, your library stays up to date—new creatives added to the linked folder are synced automatically at regular intervals. All assets are organized with smart metadata, eliminating the need for manual uploads or file tracking. The system also analyzes usage data from connected ad networks to categorize each creative as New, Active, or Inactive, allowing you to instantly see what’s new, live, or no longer running across channels.
To sync your creatives from your connected storage:
-
Access Creative Management by going to the main AppsFlyer menu > Optimize > Creative Management.
-
In the Creative Management view, click Sync Creatives.
- Select your storage source:
- Google Drive
-
Go into your Google Drive folder (that contains your creatives) and share the folder with viewer permissions to the following AppsFlyer address:
creative-google-account-drive@creative-prod.iam.gserviceaccount.com -
Enter the Google Drive folder URL and select the relevant corresponding app(s), then click Add URL.
- Click Sync.
Once synced, your creatives will appear in Creative Management within 24 hours where they will automatically be organized and enriched with smart metadata.
Browse your creative collection
Creative Management adds AI-powered search and insights to each creative. The AI understands your assets, letting you search by any theme or idea beyond traditional tags or names. Each creative is automatically analyzed and scored to help you choose the best ones before launch. Scores range from C (less likely to succeed) to A (ready to scale), helping you prioritize top-performing creatives with confidence.
