Setting up Kenshoo
Prerequisite: Before setting up the integration, make sure you contact the partner and open an account with them.
New integration:
- In AppsFlyer, go to Collaborate > Partner Integrations > Marketplace tab.
- Select the relevant app.
- Search for Kenshoo and select Integrate.
- In the Integration tab, turn on the Activate partner toggle. Keep it on as long as you work with Kenshoo.
- Configure remaining tabs as needed below.
In-app events
- To send in-app event postbacks to Kenshoo, turn on In-app event postbacks.
- Set the configuration according to the guidelines here.
- Click Save.
Edit existing integration:
In AppsFlyer, go to Collaborate > Partner Integrations > Active integrations tab, search for the partner, and make your changes.

When you configure your campaigns on Kenshoo the campaign name must begin with "kenshoo_".
